Josephine Thornburg Martin.tif
UPDATE: 90% certain that this is Josephine Thornburg Martin who was grandmother to all the Weis kids here in Moberly. She was Alberta Martin Weis' mother, and Molly Weis McGovern remembers that Alberta had the little foxes in her cedar chest. Josephine was the widow of Albert Martin who worked at the post office and died of pneumonia in 1920 just before Alberta was born. The family lived on South 4th. This picture was probably taken at the intersection of Williams & McKinsey. I'll look for that 2-story house on my next trip to town.
